All direct bookings made through our website include our Property Protection Program, which replaces traditional security deposits and helps protect both the home and our guests from accidental damage during a stay. This keeps check-in simple and avoids large card holds or refundable deposits.
There’s nothing you need to sign or submit — it’s automatic and already included with your reservation.

For direct bookings, this fee helps fund our Property Protection Program and maintain a well-cared-for home environment for all guests. It replaces traditional deposits, reduces friction, and keeps your arrival smooth and stress-free.
Airbnb guests do not pay this fee, since Airbnb provides its own protection through AirCover.

Direct Bookings: include our Property Protection Program and do not require a deposit.
Airbnb Bookings: are covered through Airbnb’s AirCover program and do not include the Management Fee.
Both options are safe and have protections — they simply use different systems.

We understand that accidents happen. If anything needs attention, just let us know — communication is always appreciated. Our Property Protection Program (for direct bookings only) is designed to help in those scenarios, so there’s no need to worry about deposits or card holds for normal accidental damage.
If you booked via Airbnb or VRBO, we will work with you on replacement costs (if necessary), directly through those platforms.

If you need early arrival or late checkout, just message us — we’ll do our best to accommodate when scheduling allows.

Yes — free parking is available in any open parking spot near the building.

Yes. Fresh linens and bath and beach towels are provided for each stay. Laundry supplies are available if you need to refresh anything during your trip.
We kindly ask that linens reserved for turnovers and replacements (kept in labeled bins) remain unused unless requested.

To help keep the home peaceful and comfortable for guests and neighbors, we maintain a strict no-party and registered-guests-only policy.
Our condo can host groups of up to 8 comfortably. Please let us know if you may require additional accomodations.

No, the condo and property are smoke/vape-free.

At this time, pets are not permitted.
We do allow exceptions for service animals. Please be prepared to provide proper documentation prior to arrival if you plan to have a service animal accompany your stay.

Absolutely! We’re happy to suggest beaches, hikes, restaurants, and secret local spots. Just message us anytime — personalized recommendations are one of our favorite parts of hosting!
Our condo includes a wide range of beach supplies that are included in your stay from, beach umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling gear, sand toys, etc.
